Genoa have entered the race for Tolu Arokodare, with the Serie A side considering a move for the Nigerian striker as they look to strengthen their attacking options.
Genoa have made an enquiry for Arokodare and are monitoring his situation ahead of the new season. The 25-year-old forward currently plays for Wolverhampton Wanderers after joining the Premier League club from Belgian side Genk in a deal worth around €27m.

Arokodare has attracted interest from several clubs following his impressive spell at Genk, where he finished among the top scorers in Belgium’s top flight. The 1.97m striker scored 23 goals in all competitions during his final season in Belgium before earning a move to England.
Genoa are now assessing the possibility of bringing the Nigeria international to Serie A. The Italian club are exploring options for their attack, with negotiations expected to depend on Wolves’ plans and the player’s availability.
Competition increases for Arokodare transfer
Arokodare’s future has become a topic of discussion after interest from multiple European clubs. Fiorentina have also been linked with a move for the striker, reportedly holding talks over a possible loan deal with an option to buy.
The Nigerian forward, born in 2000, remains under contract with Wolves and represents a valuable asset after his previous performances in Belgium. Genoa will now evaluate whether they can reach an agreement to bring the physical striker to Italy.
